Salary: £160K (Consultant) + £15K (Clinical Director role)

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to take on a dual role as Clinical Director (2 days per week) and Consultant (3 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable charity delivering specialized mental healthcare to patients with some of the most complex and challenging mental health needs in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of strategic objectives for mental health services within the Birmingham Division.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversee a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver high-quality care in a consultant capacity, supporting patients with severe and complex mental health conditions.
About You:
We are looking for an exceptional clinical leader with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Consultant Psychiatrist background with a CCT in Forensic Psychiatry (preferred).
- Significant experience in clinical leadership roles, managing teams and services effectively.
- A proven ability to deliver strategic goals in a healthcare setting.
